InviteJam, online invitations with RSVPs built in

InviteJam turns an invitation into a link your guests can open and reply to. Pick a design or upload your own, send it, and watch the guest list fill in with who’s coming, what they’d like to eat and who they’re bringing.

What InviteJam does

Designs for every kind of event

Choose from more than 300 designs, many of them hand-drawn by InviteJam’s own artist, alongside photo, line-drawing and typographic designs. Change the colours to match your party, add a photo and write the title, date and place on the card. If you already made an invitation in Canva or another tool, upload your own design and it gets the same envelope, RSVP form and guest list.

Replies that sort themselves out

Guests answer yes, no or maybe, say how many are coming and answer any questions you add: meal choices, dietary needs, plus-one names, song requests or anything else. The RSVP tracker shows who’s coming, who has declined and who hasn’t replied yet, with a live headcount.

Changes after you’ve sent it

If the time, place or wording changes, edit the invitation and the same link shows the update. Guests can add the event to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars and get directions to the venue. Event passes and Pro add automated reminders for guests who haven’t replied and a shared photo album.

Save-the-dates and thank-you cards

Every wedding design doubles as a save-the-date, so the save-the-date, the invitation and the thank-you cards can all match. Thank-you cards go by email to each guest with their own link.

Questions people ask about InviteJam

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. Guests open the link, read the invitation and reply in their browser. Named guests also get an email with an envelope addressed to them.

Can I use an invitation I designed myself?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF up to 10 MB, for example one exported from Canva, and InviteJam adds the envelope, RSVP form and guest list.

Is InviteJam free?

The free plan covers 3 events at a time with 15 guests each, with RSVP tracking and custom questions. Free invitations show a small InviteJam banner. A one-off event pass or the yearly Pro plan removes it and allows more guests.

Does InviteJam send printed invitations?

No. InviteJam makes digital invitations that go out by link and by email. You can text the link to guests yourself.
